9.0Verzorgd, schoon en prima uitgerust. Alle kamers hebben airco. Toegang via een centraal hek (het huis is onderdeel van een complex met meerdere soortgelijke huizen) en parkeren onder een afdak. Binnen 10 minuten op het strand en in Trevignano en binnen een klein uur in het centrum van Rome. Prachtige, ruime tuin en de jacuzzi is top! We hebben veel tijd doorgebracht aan de grote tafel buiten onder de luifel. Het uitzicht over het meer is prachtig. De foto’s op de site doen het huis eigenlijk onvoldoende recht aan. Claudia is een perfecte host.
− De keuken is goed uitgerust maar heeft geen magnetron en vaatwasser. Voor ons geen probleem.

10.0We liked the views as well as the house decor. We enjoyed the large beautiful garden and the outdoor Jacuzzi. As we are a big family there was always hot water, and the water pressure was great, even when all three showers were used together.
− Not that there was a wrong description, and we knew this might be missing upfront, but we are used to using a microwave oven, and such was missing in the apartment. A dual-purpose backing oven + microwave oven would be a great addition without taking up more kitchen space. Also for each of the double beds, it is better to have a second set of blankets, as always one kid highjacks the joint blanket from the other.

9.0A beautiful house very close to the lake. The house was very clean and tidy, a spacious and comfortable kitchen, and a lovely yard with a lovely and comfortable jacuzzi overlooking the lake. We were a family of 6 and it suited us very well. Claudia was very nice and helped us a lot, it was important to her that we feel comfortable and she took care of everything we asked for.
− . The place is a little far from the center of the village and it is not possible to walk to the store. A car is required. There is air conditioning on the top floor only. But Claudia brought us a fan and that was enough
