− The carpets and furniture had been cleaned, it was very clean which we appreciated, but the carpets were still damp, as we took our shoes off at the door our socks got quite damp walking on the laminate was very slippery.

10.0This is our third trip to the park, and it never disappoints. Hot tub and fizz perfect. Good base we visited Amble, Hexham, Morpeth. Fab trip. Lovely hosts, Louise and Davey. Hope to book again soon

− Sofa bed could do with a better mattress as could feel the pole when you moved other than that great time

9.0Really close to everything we wanted to visit, comfy and warm. Lovely welcome gesture left from hosts too.
− Would have been great if there was something over the hot tub like a gazebo - we had heavy rain so couldn’t access it.
