10.0Ho alloggiato in questa struttura in occasione a degli esami a scuola e approfittando per farmi anche qualche giorno di mare. La stanza è molto carina e spaziosa con un letto molto comodo. La posizione è comodissima, in pieno centro e a 1 minuto dalla stazione dei treni, così per chi come me viene in treno non deve girare troppo con le valigie. Inoltre era anche a 3 minuti a piedi della mia scuola e vicino anche al lungomare.Silvano è stato veramente molto disponibile a venirmi incontro alle mie necessità, avendo cambiato le date di soggiorno all’ultimo, o ad intervenire al bisogno. Sicuramente se capitò da San Benedetto ci tornerò !!

10.0Soggiorno perfetto. L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto. Pulito, moderno e con tutto il necessario. Il punto forte è sicuramente la posizione, a due passi dal mare e dai servizi, quindi ci si può dimenticare dell'auto. L'accoglienza del proprietario, super disponibile per ogni dritta sulla zona. Rapporto qualità-prezzo onesto. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

− It was a bit disappointing to not see soap, we were expecting to have the basic things.
