Ankunft und Terminabsprache war kein Problem. Auch der Vermieter der direkt drunter wohnt war freundlich aber bestimmend.

− Die Fotos die bei booking.com hinterlegt sind, sind bei weitem nicht mehr aktuell. Lt. Fotos würde man ein großes geräumiges Haus vorfinden, was aber nicht so ist. Auch ist der Zustand schon in die Jahre gekommen und es bedarf dringend einiger Renovierungsarbeiten. Der Zustand der Waschmaschine von außen lässt schon sehr zu wünschen übrig. Kaffeetassen gibt es nicht. Für die Pflege des Pools der auch dringend eine Renovierung braucht ist man selber zuständig. Dann wurden auch noch 300 € Kaution verlangt, was vorher nirgendwo stand. Im großen und ganzen fand ich es zu teuer für den Zustand.

Sauberes geräumiges Haus. Ruhige Wohngegend. Recht gut gelegen. Viele Zimmer vorhanden, ideal für größere Gruppen. Gut isoliert und temperiert.

− Es wurden plötzlich 300€ Kaution verlangt, ohne irgendwelche Hinweise darauf. Der Vermieter bestand darauf, dass die Klimaanlage nicht selbst eingestellt wird. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein.

Very spacious place in a quiet area. Apartment is big, with 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well accessable by car, but there are bus stops close as well. There are nice hiking trails and is close to the see. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Place is really clean and has a smart TV and a swimming pool which we were allowed to use even though it was outside of "the season".

− AC Heating in autumn only at night and regulated by Terms and Condition (available on arrival), forbidden to change settings so it was waking us up during the night and the temperature in the apartment can be low even for people from colder parts of Europe ;) apartment is part of the owner's home, which may affect a privacy a bit.

Lovely villa. The host was very friendly and drove us around the town to show us the area and also left a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. They live next door so are around if you need anything. (But also felt a bit overlooked) The town has a few restaurants and a small beach, supermarket and bakery 10/15 minute walk away from the villa. Not overly crowded but enough going on, we really liked it as a family with small children, but if you're looking for somewhere with more nightlife, it's not the place as everywhere closes around 11pm. The villa was very clean and well kept and looked like the pictures, although a lot smaller than the pictures make out. The pool is well kept but very cold. There is air con in all the rooms but we didn't think it did a great job of actually cooling the rooms. We went in September so not sure how effective it would be in the heat of summer.

− Most places we have stayed before have left basics like salt/pepper, dishwasher tablets, washing detergent, toilet roll etc.. for the price you pay I think these things should be included. I'm sure previous guests leave these sorts of things behind like we did. The local supermarkets are really expensive so would be worth looking into getting a taxi to a supermarket a bit further and doing a big shop (we saw there was a Lidl 15 min drive away)

Lovely area if you enjoy hiking and a quiet holiday, however is unsuitable for big groups.

The property was clean and for the price good value for money. The host was friendly, communicative and helpful and answered quickly to messages.

− This property is in a very quiet area of Majorca with only 4-5 restaurants and a lot of shops closed. The quiet times were 11pm with absolute silence requested so not correct choice for people who enjoy a bit of nightlife. The host also lives below which may not be agreeable for everyone so would recommend doing more in-depth research prior to booking.
