Casa agradable y tranquila
8.0La ubicación es muy tranquila y está muy cerca del aeropuerto. El jardín trasero es una maravilla y las habitaciones son espaciosas con armarios amplios y las camas cómodas. Las terrazas muy agradables con vistas al jardín y los baños amplios. Muy cerca de Ponta delgada y de supermercados para hacer la compra.
− El sofá del salón y las butacas no son demasiado cómodas. El baño secundario se encuentra en la parte de arriba de la casa y como viajábamos dos parejas si no quieres compartir baño nos ha tocado subir y bajar las escaleras cada vez que íbamos al baño

6.0La Ubicación y el vecindario tranquilo.
− La falta de limpieza, cuando llegamos estaba el suelo de la casa con suciedad de varios días, habían restos de comida de los anteriores inquilinos ( pipas de calabaza), los lavamanos de los cuartos de baño no estaban limpios y las ventanas de toda la casa no estaban muy limpias , tenían telarañas de varios días, algunas sábanas tenían manchas, menaje de cocina insuficiente, el mobiliario de la casa es poco funcional.En nuestra opinión, hay demasiadas exigencias para los inquilinos para lo poco cuidadosos que son con el alojamiento.
Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Ferienhaus
10.0Ein schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Vielen Dank an Carlos, der uns mitten in der Nacht die Schlüssel übergeben hat und sich sogar noch zeitgenommen hat, uns die schönsten Ausflugspunkte zu erklären. Vom Haus aus gelangt man mit einem Mietwagen in kürzester Zeit in jede Region der Insel. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe. In die Hauptstadt und zum Flughafen fährt man nur 15min. Das Haus wurde nach unser ersten Woche noch einmal gereinigt. Die Handtücher wurden dabei gewechselt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
− Das Haus riecht etwas nass im Erdgeschoss. Es steht aber ein Luftentfeuchter zur Verfügung. Wenn man diesen benutzt, entsteht ein angenehmes Raumklima.
