− Obiekt ma kilka minusów : - taras kompletnie nie jest zabezpieczony prze upadkiem- łatwo można z niego spać, można też rozbić sobie głowę o wystarczające elementy dachu; bałagan w części zewnętrznej- jakieś stare śmieci, metalowa beczka, stary brudny domek dla dzieci - to mocno burzy obraz; wewnątrz wiele spadków i nierówności, progów itp bardzo łatwo o upadek
