We were really happy to get to the beach house after a very long and exhausting journey. It's a decent size house with an external bathroom and kitchen. The garden is really charming. We had a wonderful family time, although I had to do some work as well. What do you need to know? The road is fine and parking is in front of the house. There is an iron gate and a driveway which divides the property from the owner's house. You will be greeted by a gang of furry kittens and a fluffy dog. Check in is easy, the owner will meet you and show you around the property. For the coffee maniacs: The coffee machine is for filter coffee or you can use an espresso machine. There is a water boiler, contact grill, big fridge, the stove and oven and microwave as I remember correctly. You have a dining table in the kitchen or you can eat outdoors. The bathroom is perfect. Shower, basin and toilet. There is an outdoor shower as well. Very convenient. Just in front of the house there is a stony beach. Great for fishing! We went a bit farther and played with out boys in the rock pools. There is a sandy beach as well. Nea Peramos is close by, so if you have enough of solitary holidays you may as well visit the coastal towns. Have great food in Kapilio, have a stroll to the harbour and relax with a coffee by the sea. We would like to thank the owners for the patience and kindness towards our family. We have two autistic boys and they loved the holidays to the maximum. We just bought the same garden seats, because they loved them so much. 😁 We are definitely coming back in the winter for some more relaxing time.

− I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. Otherwise I don't have any complaints. And I am quite a grinchy person sometimes.

Excellent location and gorgeous view, everything was absolutly perfect!! Silence , very good conditions in accomodation, perfect cleariness, very nice yard. I’ ll strongly recomand !! I will come back for sure!

Everything looked as it was in the photos - very beautiful yard and house, the sea is really close. Liza and her husband were great and friendly. Perfect place for a family vacation.

− The beach in front of the house is rocky and not suitable for little children. Although only 15 km from the place is Amolofoi beach which is perfect.

Romantic vacation

The house is charming, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the yard is excellently maintained and the view is fantastic. There are many wonderful beaches within a few minutes drive. Lisa is a wonderful person.
