Perfect Margaret River Forrest stay!
10.0Beautiful modern home right on the forests doorstep. Easy walk to town. House is very tidy, warm and well equipped.
− The only feedback I would have is the need for lighting over the bathroom mirrors.

8.0We loved the location and the wonderful view of the Forrest. The rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was fitted out reasonably well.
− The small TV downstairs resulted in us using the upstairs lounge more. The issue with this is that the long stairs (with no landing partway up/down) meant that taking hot drinks upstairs needed a lot more care. It's a pity there was no kithcneette upstairs. To make tea/coffee/etc. The second bathroom didn't have any handle on the wall to enable bath users to step down safely. The shower in the maaster bathroom should have had a glass door to stop water splashing outside the shower recess (which currently presents either a safety hazard or aresults in a very wet (and cold) floor towel which is extremely unpleasant to stand on when drying oneself. The stairs themselves had no anti-slip strip and thus presented a safety hazard especially as the timber treads were polished smooth. We felt that the lack of a side gate and the openness to the forrest at the back of the house sometimes made us feel a little insecure, especially at night. Roller blinds to block views from prying eyes would have taken away these feelings of insecurity at night. Similarly, a roller blind for the front window next to the front door would promote security as well.

10.0Great location, really wonderful property along a quiet and peaceful road. Backyard opens up to a quiet forrest with lots of wonderful wildlife to watch from the living room area. Clean and well stocked house.
− Would be easier if the garage door came with a remote or something to ease entry and exits when driving. Just a small inconvenience to an otherwise really wonderful stay

Loved the property for its location and size of property for family holiday.
10.0Location for a short walk into town and river and views from the lounge to the woods were amazing. Also, shorts drive to vineyards and beaches. 2 bathrooms upstairs as well as downstairs cloakroom. Great size rooms and well equipped kitchen.
