10.0Perfect location, lovely hosts, and a playground for the kids. This is very budget-friendly accommodation for those who enjoy a more natural, rustic setting. The host provides coffee, salt, pepper, and other basics, which is very convenient, and the plate of fruit evwry was a really nice touch.

9.0We stayed here 5 days. This place is all about the view. You are perched on the very brim of a huge forested gorge. You can watch the raptors circling on the thermals and the clouds rolling over the hills opposite. Also Sofia is really friendly and gave us free fruit for breakfast any day we were not out.
− The cooker is a bit basic, but we managed to cook meals just fine.

10.0We had a wonderful stay with Lidia and Sofia. The apartment was beautiful and decorated with great attention to detail. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the view of the mountains was absolutely stunning. The playground was a real highlight for our daughter, while we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the amazing scenery. What made our stay truly special, however, was the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. Every morning, they brought us fresh fruit – such a thoughtful and generous gesture. We would absolutely love to come back!

9.0A cute, simple place with fantastic, friendly hosts. We enjoyed eating our meals here, looking out over the playground and to the mountains. The location is great, and we found that with our car, everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. My 4-year-old son also loved the playground and playing soccer with some of the locals. The hosts brought a delicious fruit plate every morning, which was a nice surprise!

Magnificent, the stay at Lidia’s Mountain View exceeded our expectations.
10.0The stay at Lidia’s Mountain View exceeded our expectations. For example the warm welcome by Sofia. The lovely hostesses Lidia and Sofia (mother and daughter). Furthermore, the surroundings/location and the apartment itself. I would definitely recommend this accommodation in Monteverde.
