Tolle Wohnung, zentral aber verbunden mit viel Lärmbelästigung.
8.0Grosse Wohnung auf zwei Stockwerke mit zwei Balkonen
− Das Haus ist sehr schlecht gegen Lärm von draussen isoliert. Zentral an der Promenade, was mit grosser Larmbelästigung am Sonntag und Freitag bis in die frühen Morgenstunden war. Musik aus den Bars, laute Gespräche je länger die Nacht und um 01.15 Uhr wurde noch das Altglas entsorgt.
