Una casa che non si vuol lasciare
10.0La casa era dotata di tutto quel che serviva, perfino il vano lavanderia. Pulita, comoda, con un'area esterna ben curata e attrezzata, in cui non manca nulla, ben due tavoli x pranzare all'aperto, perfino il barbecue. La sera grazie alla posizione, spegnendo tutte le luci, si possono ammirare le stelle sulle sdraio in giardino. La signor Carla gentilissima, molto dolce. Il posto è vicino a tanti siti di interesse.
− La zona è per chi ama e può permettersi le spiagge a pagamento, purtroppo ci sono poche spiagge libere, per cui chi viene in questa zona per fare vita da spiaggia, deve mettere in conto questo costo fisso.

8.0Posizione splendida a 5/10 minuti a piedi dal centro, il posto è calmo e ventilato il giardino molto carino ed equipaggiato. Il barbecue funziona benissimo. Le zanzariere alle finestre fondamentali.
