8.0Gute Lage man ist rasch zu Fuß am Meer , das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Beschreibung für die Anfahrt könnte besser sein wir mussten länger suchen.

9.0Obiekt w pełni wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne do samodzielnego funkcjonowania nawet przez dłuższy czas - no może do pełni szczęścia brakuje tylko zmywarki. Moskitiery w oknach chronią przed wszelkimi uciążliwymi gośćmi z zewnątrz. Jasne, przestronne i przemyślane wnętrze budynku gwarantuje komfort pobytu. Sypialnie i jedna z łazienek znajdują się pod ziemią - suterena - zapewniając całkiem komfortową temperaturę nawet bez wspomagania klimatyzacją. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z takim rozwiązaniem konstrukcyjnym i nie zauważyliśmy żadnej różnicy w porównaniu z tradycyjnym budownictwem. Sto metrów od obiektu znajduje się restauracja hotelowa Melograno gdzie serwowane jest jedzenie na całkiem przyzwoitym poziomie. W pobliżu Casa Maresole znajduje się jeszcze kilka niezłych restauracji i kafejek. My, główne posiłki spożywaliśmy w centrum urokliwej Mattinaty oddalonej o 2 km gdzie chodziliśmy codziennie pieszo - bo lubimy ;-) Bardziej aktywnym wczasowiczom polecamy spacer "szlakiem czerwonym" z Mattinaty do Monte Sant'Angelo. UWAGA - nie jest łatwo, bo trasa momentami prowadzi przez prywatne odgrodzone tereny i czasami trzeba trochę improwizować ;-) Pobliska kamienista plaża (obuwie plażowe obowiązkowe) - z własnym przejściem i furtką, oddalona jest o kilkadziesiąt metrów od obiektu dzięki czemu można się nią cieszyć do woli o każdej porze. Przy plaży znajduje się kilka restauracji i kawiarni więc poranny spacer można połączyć z degustacją dobrej włoskiej kawy. W niewielkiej odległości znajduje się kilka urokliwych miejscowości które warto odwiedzić. Obowiązkowo trzeba zaliczyć: Vieste, Monte Sant'Angelo oraz oraz San Giovanni Rotondo.
− Urok miejsca rekompensuje wszelkie ewentualne niedogodności ... a jeśli ktoś wybiera się do Casa Maresole samochodem, to lepiej wybrać ten mniejszy, bo jest wąsko ... jak to w Italii 😏

10.0Bellissimo e spazioso appartamento, a 2 minuti a piedi dal mare, si sviluppa su 3 livelli: area notte con 3 camere da letto che essendo al piano interrato rimane sempre fresca, spaziosa area giorno con 2 spazi esterni (su fronte e retro) e una terrazza rialzata ideale per aperitivo o passarci la sera sotto le stelle. Pulizia dell'appartamento impeccabile
