Posizione ottima vicina ai servizi ed allo stesso tempo riservata. La casa è molto curata e presenta ogni comfort. Pulitissima e ben gestita. I proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili per eventuali necessità.

Bardzo gościnny Gospodarz. Mieliśmy problemy z wypożyczeniem auta i Pan poczekał na nas do późnych godzin w nocy. Bardzo Dziękujemy Super-prysznic na dworze-można obmyć nogi na szybko po spacerach, klimatyzacja, bardzo cicho-dobrze się śpi, bezpieczna okolica-uliczka zamykana szlabanem, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, leżaki, pralka i suszarka na pranie, zabawki dla dzieci, piękny widok na zieleń , zadaszone miejsce na auto na podwórku, zadbany ogród, bardzo blisko plaży-spacerkiem niecałe 10 minut, dwie łazienki na plus, extra miejsce do odpoczynku i relaksu

Great holiday by the sea

We had a family holiday - 4 adults and a 5 year old boy. Excellent location in a quiet place. The beach is only 7-8 minutes walk away. There are cafes and shops nearby. Two air conditioners and a fan helped cope with the heat. The shower outside is very good and convenient after the sea. The center of Anzio is 4 minutes by car. Very friendly hosts were always in touch. This villa has everything for a comfortable stay.

A very cosy villa with a beautiful yard and great hosts

The hosts are really helpful, easy to communicate and friendly. We came very late - but still had a full description of the premises and the neighbourhood ) The yard, terrace and shower outside are my favourite points about the Villa

− As for location - I would still choose smth closer to the sea if possible, as we came during the hottest part of the summer, and even 10-15 min walking was not easy. if you come during some other season - the market / bus / beach would appear close enough

The house is absolutely luxurious. The garden is also perfect. We also recommend it for families with children. The house is fully equipped. Highly recommended. The owners are perfect people and very accommodating.

− The only drawback is that it is such a beautiful place to live that the vacation flies by quickly. :-) It really is amazing there.

A lovely, well located holiday home for families

A lovely home with plenty of space for a family - 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin bunkbed with third pullout bed, one single), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, upstairs balcony, garden, BBQ space and outdoor shower (which we found very useful after beach days!). Location is close (walking distance) to the local shops, cafes, the beach etc and a quick car or bus to larger towns in the area. The A/C in 2 bedrooms was a huge lifeline (Rome hit 42 degrees that week!), while the 3rd single bedroom ceiling fan worked well. The kitchen allows you to prepare your own food, and extra bedding/plenty of towels were provided. A welcome bottle of water and wine in the fridge was a nice touch. The owner was a good communicator and responsive to my messages, the hosts (the owner's parents) met us, were very friendly and accommodating, and gave us a detailed tour of the property, explaining where everything was.

− The kitchen missed some basics like a microwave. WiFi wasn't great. We were warned that if we use the AC units and oven together, the power may cut - this happened twice, while just using the oven and kettle! The sockets were also not EU standard and had their own adaptors in addition to ours, which caused issues for us. Unsure if this is the case everywhere in Italy or just here, but would respectfully suggest that this older home upgrades its wiring - when I pay a lot for a holiday home I do not expect to deal with substandard electrical issues, and this issue was not mentioned in the listing. However, overall we would recommend this place especially for families who want a private space not too far from the beach.
