4.0Sehr ruhige Lage.
− Das Haus wird mit drei Schlafzimmern beschrieben, aber nur zwei sind zugänglich. Wenig gepflegte Wohnung. Backofen verdreckt. Kühlschrank mit angebrochenem Getränk der Vormieter. Keine Mikrowelle, obwohl beschrieben. Am Gasherd ist eine Brennstelle defekt.
