10.0Punto di forza lo splendido giardino
Exceptional
10.0Beautiful and spacious garden - we spent most of the time outside, the house was well equipped (there were also towels, a coffee machine and a second fridge) and nicely furnished. The photos don't show the full charm of the property, it's absolutely amazing, both during the day and in evening, many nooks and crannies to relax and have a coffee. The shower outside was a great addition in this climate and when coming back from the beach. The parking space in the shadow was also very useful. The house is in a safe neighbourhood, rather quiet (there's mini golf next to the house opened in the evenings but it wasn't a problem), 15mins walk from the beach. After a few days the friendly owners same to greet us and sent a gift at the end of our stay. The owners and the host were helpful and responsive and answered quickly our questions on the chat.
− Issues with communication (no one we interacted with spoke fluent English) which caused misunderstandings, starting with agreeing on the the check-in time (after a 30hour journey, 15km away from the destination we found out we'd need to wait for 2h as the house wasn't ready), finishing on the check-out time (the host came to clean the house when we were still packing). Also, we were a bit surprised and stressed to find out there would be an additional charge for water and electricity used over the limit, with no transparency on the limits and costs (it wasn't measurable or possibile to verify or estimate). Luckily we didn't have to pay extra in the end but did pay attention to usage during the stay. The tap water tasted a bit salty so we were buying bottled water to drink or to make coffee. The kitchen could have been equipped better in the kitchenware - we cooked every day for 2 families so one cutting board wasn't enough. There was also some confusion regarding the starter pack, i.e., trash bags, soap, dishwasher liquid and tablets etc. It wasn't clear what was included and what wasn't, it would be great if it was listed earlier so that we could prepare.
