10.0Great spot away from the hustle. Close enough to walk to the Piazza. Supermarkets very close by. Airconditioning in 2 bedrooms and fan in kitchen. 3rd small bedroom has upright fan. Laundry very convenient. Parking right out the front. Large fridge, gas stove and dishwasher which was great.

9.0Es war eine sehr schön moderne Wohnung, nah zum Strand ca 10 Minuten. Bäckereien und Supermarkt auch gleich ums Eck. Der Strand war auch gepflegt und frei von Müll. Der Vater von Marco, Tony sprach super englisch und gab uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Es war auch alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Auch die Waschmaschine war sehr sauber. (Das haben wir schon anders gesehen) Preis Leistung war wirklich sehr gut und die Wohnung entsprach auch den Bildern.
− In den Schlafzimmern hört man teilweise den Straßenlärm von der Hauptstraße hinterhalb, hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Die Nachbarn oben haben auffällig viel besonders abends die Stühle verrückt. Das hört man schon deutlich.

Angenhemer Aufenthalt, umliegende sehenswerte Ortschaften gut erreichbar
9.0schöne gepflegte und ebenerdige Wohnung mit Freisitz mit Tisch und Stühlen, Hollywoodschaukel und Möglichkeit zum Wäsche aufhängen. Wohnung war mit allem. was man gebraucht hat, ausgestattet. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, Bäckerei ganz in der Nähe, ruhige Lage, öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz war immer gut zu finden. der Gastgeber Marco stand für all unsere Fragen vor und während unserem Aufenthalt stets zur Verfügung.
− die Wohnung ist ca. 900 m vom Strand entfernt, liegt jedoch im Vergleich zum Strand im etwas höher gelegenen Teil von Marina di Ragusa, also ging es zum Strand runter und danach wieder den Berg hoch. Für junge Leute absolut kein Problem, wir hatten jedoch unsere nicht mehr sehr jungen Eltern dabei. Für sie war der Rückweg nach dem Strandaufenthalt und/oder Abendessen im Zentrum dann doch etwas anstrengend, wenn man auch die Hitze im Hochsommer bedenkt.
