De terror ... vivimos 5 días de terror. Una pesadilla A la noche nos bañábamos con agua helada para refrescarnos ya que
1.0La propiedad era una posilga, no tenía ventana, tampoco aire y solo un ventilador que casi no andaba, mucho olor a humedad.. tampoco tenía donde guardar la ropa, no tenía mueble de cocina un horror. El personal muy poco predispuesto.. malas contestaciones, no sabían inglés tampoco español un verdadero desastre Y para rematar no tenía internet
− Nada ... no me gustó nada ... puedo adjuntar fotos y videos... un desastre. El olor a humedad era terribles . Llegábamos a la noche y dejábamos las puertas abiertas corriendo peligro para sacar el olor y que entre aire ya que no contaba con ventanas. Un verdadero desastre . Para buscar las llaves nos citaron a 6 cuadras del dpto.. donde había subidas todas de piedras y teníamos que andar con la valija a piden en ese lugar que no es lo más cómodo .

− Posizione e vista marginali. Arredamento e accessori vetusti. Assistenza al check in disastrosa. Al check out è stata rimossa l’intera prenotazione su Booking come se non avessimo mai soggiornato. Ho segnalato la questione per sottrazione illecita dalla piattaforma.

− Reception chiusa "per un disguido" all'arrivo (non era previsto ciò alla conferma della prenotazione) Host molto aggressiva e per niente empatica nei riguardi della nostre esigenze e richieste : ci ha intimato di annullare la prenotazione al nostro arrivo e di cercare un altro alloggio La struttura è più vecchia rispetto alle foto, la TV non funziona, abbiamo avuto il " piacere" di incontrare scarafaggi, il costo totale della prenotazione è aumentato al momento di effettuare il bonifico. Consiglio di aggiornare la pagina per una maggiore trasparenza
