− Sinceramente ha un prezzo un po alto perche la piscina è condivisa. Penso che lappartamento che si gode pienamente la piscina e quello sotto dove ce la piscina.

6.0- Schöne gepflegte Anlage in einem ruhigen Hinterhof - Der Pool ist sehr schön und wurde bei unserer Anreise frisch gereinigt - Waschmaschine vorhanden - Sicherer und zugewiesener Parkplatz
− - Es könnte allgemein etwas sauberer sein (zb. schmutzige Kissen und Küchenschränke) - Wir waren in der oberen Wohnung (1.OG) und der Zugang zum Pool ist direkt im Garten der unteren Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Liegen und der Pool sind direkt vor deren Schlafzimmer. Keinerlei Privatsphäre für beide Seiten. Wir haben uns dort unwohl gefühlt und als würden wir bei anderen Leuten in den Garten gehen. Eine kleine Abtrennung wäre hier gut. - In der unteren Wohnung hat man eine schöne Terrasse wo man draußen sitzen kann und im 1.OG gibt es einen schönen Balkon aber leider keine Tisch für draußen. Das finde ich schade weil man schön auf dem Balkon frühstücken könnte (kleiner Tisch) - Der Check-In war bei uns nicht so toll. Nach einer langen Anreise haben wir mehrere Videos erhalten die wir zuerst nicht ganz zuordnen konnten (mehrere Türen und Schlüssel/Schlösser). Als wir ankamen gab es kurzzeitig keinen Strom. Das Problem wurde dann aber auf Anfrage gelöst. - Toilettenspülung schwappt leicht über auch wenn man sehr leicht drückt
A nice place
9.0We really enjoyed our stay at Altaemare. Our second-floor apartment was quite spacious and featured a well-equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our needs. We had read some previous reviews mentioning ants, but we only noticed a few in the garden and had absolutely no issues with them. The location is fantastic—just a short 2-minute walk to the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and always available whenever we needed anything, and the complimentary pastries were a lovely, delicious touch!
− The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi. It runs on a mobile data connection and the speed was quite slow, so keep that in mind if you need to do heavy internet work.
