Tanto margine di miglioramento
7.0Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e il personale si è dimostrato disponibile, soprattutto quando abbiamo segnalato dei problemi che abbiamo riscontrato durante il nostro soggiorno. Tuttavia, ritengo che una valutazione da 9 sia eccessiva. (Avevo prenotato qui proprio perché colpita dalle precedenti recensioni super positive). Ci sono stati alcuni aspetti che non ci hanno soddisfatto: durante la nostra permanenza non è stato effettuato né il cambio degli asciugamani né la pulizia giornaliera della stanza. Inoltre, la colazione è risultata piuttosto scarsa: eravamo in quattro e ci sono stati serviti soltanto quattro cornettini piccoli e due pizzette, una quantità decisamente insufficiente. (Solo prodotti confezionati e caffè-cappuccino da macchinetta) Un’altra nota riguarda la camera, che si è rivelata essere una mansarda, dettaglio che non era specificato al momento della prenotazione (con una zona così bassa da non essere assolutamente accessibile senza rischiare di sbattere la testa). Infine, il letto era estremamente rumoroso, anche se va riconosciuto che, dopo la nostra segnalazione, il problema è stato prontamente risolto (seppur comunque il materasso fosse parecchio scomodo). Un menzione fortemente POSITIVA merita il ristorante, che ha proposto un pranzo di ottima qualità con un servizio efficiente e tempestivo. In definitiva, l’esperienza è stata discreta grazie alla disponibilità dello staff, ma ci sono diversi aspetti da migliorare prima di poter attribuire una valutazione così alta.

− Hommikusöögiks ja basseini minekuks pidime sõitma autoga 800-900m . Väga ebamugav ja broneerimise ajal seda kirjas ei olnud , info saime hiljem. Basseini kasutamiseks pidi kasutama mütse, mida meil polnud, seega jäi meil bassein kasutamata.
