10.0Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes altes Haus. Die Ausstattung, auch der Küche, ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Die große Terrasse mit den schönen Keramikgefäßen ist wirklich ein Highlight! Dort zu frühstücken oder am Abend zu sitzen ist wunderschön. Von Laterza aus kann man die gesamte Region der Höhlenstädte und Höhlenkirchen erforschen. Wer sich den Trubel in Matera ersparen will, kann hier übernachten und Matera als Tagesausflug besuchen. In Laterza gibt es mehrere "Marcellerie", Fleischhauereien, wo man an der Theke sagt, was man gerne möchte und im angrenzenden, von der Straße meist nicht sichtbaren Gastraumes bekommt man es dann serviert. Im großen Backofen zubereitet. (Meist ab 20.00) Beste Qualität zu sehr günstigen Preisen im einfachen Ambiente. Man muss sich nur hineintrauen. Alle sind von großer Freundlichkeit! Als Frühstück ist Zwieback, Marmelade, Butter, Saft und Kaffee vorbereitet. Eben typisch für Italien. Wer mehr möchte, muss es sich vorab besorgen. Der Gastgeber hat seinen Weinkeller in der Höhle unterhalb der Terrasse und freut sich, mit den Gästen zu plaudern! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

10.0Le petit-déjeuner bien que mentionné sur Booking n'était pas proposé (il s'agissait d'une erreur). Cependant Luciano nous a apporté tout ce qu'il fallait le premier matin (pain frais, beurre, confiture).

10.0This is such a beautiful upstairs apartment just off the main road in Laterza. The space was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a fully equiped kitchen and stunning terrace to enjoy time on. The host and his parents were especially lovely, very attentive, and proactive. There's an easy spot to park right out the front which makes this a great base to explore Puglia from or to rest and retreat in an quiet, authentic town. I'm so pleased I got to stay here.
