10.0La casa ha una posizione ottimale, con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze, a pochi passi dal mare e a poca distanza dal centro di Anzio e di Nettuno. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente. La casa ha tutte le comodità, giardino molto curato dove la nostra pelosetta è stata benissimo. Consigliatissima per passare una vacanza rilassante.

10.0Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderhübschen Garten, der sich einmal ums Haus zieht. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses ist die Terrasse mit großem Grill. Hier lässt es sich wunderbar verweilen. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind ideal von der Größe, genau wie die Badezimmer. Alles war absolut sauber und ordentlich. Nach Rom war es nur eine Stunde Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto. Es gibt auch eine sehr gute Zugverbindung. Zur nächsten Haltestelle konnte man hinlaufen.

10.0Great and cozy summer house, good location for visiting area: 50 minutes to Rome, 40 min to Castel Gandolfo, 15 minutes to nice beaches - Nettuno, Anzio. Villa with very nice garden, barbecue area with big table where you can spend most of your time. Very clean and tidy, fresh bed linens and towels.
Garden was great for baby. We can walk to the sea and play on the beach.
