10.0Super clean 4 min walking distance from a amazing beach, super facility bike, grill, Ari condition , a lot of tool for cook, and a wonderful romantic private jacuzzi, and the best, private sauna. Best ratio quality for money of my life, better then a private suite in 5 stars hotel. Giuseppe send us a lot of information from sms and the access was really easy. We hope to come back soon !! Thanks

10.0We loved this small apartment in the pine forest. It was very well equipped, kitchen whilst small had everything you needed. It was well decorated and kept and it was comfortable. It was a generally quiet location. In the day, you could sometines hear the waves and voices from the beach. In the night you could see the stars. The hot tub was fabulous. Little touches like having a clothes airer for drying things, the small washing machine, having use of a parasol for the beach made it extra comfortable. The beach was a short downhill walk away. Our host was brilliant. Great location for touring the area in a hire car.
− For me, the only downside was to access the apartment you needed to walk from the car up a path with steps which was uphill and steep in places. It wasn't far, but as I have athritis in my knee it was a challenge . Not much the host could do to change this. The path is well lit though.

10.0We had very pleasent stay. The apartment is very nicely located and less than a 5 min walk from the beach. The host is super nice and also provided us a list of different suggestions (restaurants, bars, markets, etc.) before our stay which was very convenient.

9.0The property is in a nice location and Giuseppe is a great and helpful host. The property is a short walk to the beach and the beach its self is beautiful. I would happily stay here again.
− The only slight thing I would say is the bed doesn’t have the most comfortable mattress on it.
Great apartment to relax in the jacuzzi, for a price.
8.0The location is absolutely magnificent. Very calm beach (at the end of March) and the house was also a bit remote. Not too far from the capital Cagliari. The owner send us pictures of how to get there, which were all very clear. The owner was also ok with changes in arrival time. It has a jacuzzi and a sauna!
− The price was too much for 2 nights (around 450€) for off season. Most of the restaurants are closed, especially the ones at very 'resort' places or close to the beach. Yes, it has a jacuzzi and a sauna and is located perfectly, but those are the only things that allow for a higher price. The rest of the apartment is a bit more outdated and the bed was not comfy for that price.
