10.0Tutto: l'host è gentilissimo e disponibile, la casa è curata e molto comoda, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort possibili. Inoltre è in una posizione strategica per visitare Arezzo e dintorni.
− L'unico difetto è che la casa è a ridosso di una strada abbastanza frequentata di giorno, ma ci si convive facilmente.
