− Équipements de la cuisine minimaliste et très mal entretenu. 3 fourchettes pas de petite cuillère les assiettes sont toutes très grasyse 2 verres à vin un grand un petit pas de torchon ni serviette de cuisine, le four est très sale. Le lave linge ne fonctionne pas.

9.0Bellissimo appartamento, nel cuore storico della città, molto accogliente e ben disposto. Pulitissimo è attrezzato con tutto ciò che si necessita in una casa,dal phon al ferro da stiro, tutto per cucinare. Una cosa che mi ha colpito è stata trovare anche le ciotole per un cane o gatto. Piccola ma grande attenzione. Bella la veranda sul tetto, solo un po' scomodo l'accesso ma attrezzata con divano e poltrona, suggestivo il panorama.
− Metterei una macchinetta del caffè più semplicemente da usare... Aggiungerei le istruzioni per la pattumiera.

− Er was geen werkende wasmachine en de koelkast/vrieskast was heel erg vies. Een waterkoker werd gemist. De keuken is gedateerd.
