Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die Lage in Asolo ist perfekt und mit einem kleinen Spaziergang kann man viele Restaurants, Bars und kleine Geschäfte erreichen. Besonders hat uns der kleine Garten gefallen.

− Nebenan ist eine große Baustelle.

Beautiful apartment, but poor service and construction noise made the stay disappointing.

The design is exceptional: a beautifully organised apartment building with a wonderful garden, thoughtful material choices, and an overall sense of quality and care. The view from windows will forever remain in our heads. The location is simply amazing. There’s a fantastic bar with wonderful people literally just five steps away from the apartment.

− The apartment is beautifully designed and clearly positioned as a premium stay, but unfortunately several details made the experience much more disappointing than expected. First of all, the invoice issue was extremely frustrating. We requested the invoice in advance through Booking.com, asked for it again in person, and were clearly promised that we would receive it. However, even after five separate attempts via messenger and Booking.com support, nothing was sent. For a property of this level, this lack of follow-up felt very unprofessional and left a very negative impression. Another major issue was the construction work directly in front of the house during our stay. There was constant noise and dust reaching the garden, and paving stones were being replaced right by the entrance. At some moments, workers were directly behind the window, which made the apartment feel much less private and relaxing. The sound insulation was also not enough to block the noise. Of course, the construction itself may not be the owner’s fault, but it had a strong impact on the overall experience and should have been communicated more clearly in advance. Finally, for such a stylish and rather pretentious apartment, the complete absence of even the most basic supplies felt strange. There was a coffee machine, but not a single coffee capsule. In most rented apartments, especially at this price and presentation level, you usually find at least a few basics like coffee, sugar, or tea. Since there is no supermarket within easy walking distance and we came only for a short stay, it was inconvenient to travel just to buy such small essentials. Overall, the apartment itself is beautiful, but the service, communication, construction situation, and lack of basic hospitality details made the stay feel much less comfortable and much less premium than expected.

Before booking ask if the renovations are done

The place was beautiful. Usual accommodation which we love.

− Well the place mentioned parking at the front but no, had to park 300 metres away BUT wait didn’t get told that the gates close certain time. There was a sign but we didn’t read cause we were tried. The host should have told us. The worst was wait for it major renovations next door to us it has been going on since August 2023 no mention in the booking. Couldn’t sit outside cause of the noise and the crane was over our property. If you want to have a rest in the afternoon don’t cause of the noise. I did mention to the host why we weren’t told about the renovations response was well can’t stop this and I said I know that but should have been told before booking and wouldn’t have booked. That really got my annoyed. Next day messaged us to offer a bottle of wine for the renovations. I think if there were no renovations we would of enjoyed the place more. I feel the wine didn’t help at all what we paid for. The photos shows what we saw every day
