Stunning views from all aspects. Excellent location. Great BBQ & terrace & gardens. The air-con cools the rooms very quickly with units in all bedrooms & kitchen/living room. An en-suite shower with a terrific view! Comfortable beds. Good WiFi. Alessandra met us from our taxi & walked with us to the villa. She was extremely helpful and attentive & the pre-arrival communication was excellent & reassuring. We paid our €3 per person per night tourist tax to Alessandra. The owners/hosts replied promptly with a query we had. I gave this property 10/10 as I feel it is currently excellent value for money with all it offers. The hosts share their renovation details in the client folder - they have clearly worked long & hard on this property for others to enjoy, with more improvements planned for 2030 to the kitchen/living area.

− We liked everything & we checked the listing so we knew what was available at the villa. To give a 'room for improvement' comment; The seats on the top terrace are very comfortable, however a couple of sun loungers would have been great to use on the garden level. (There are deck chairs & a hammock but something more comfortable would have been preferable for me).

Alessandra, la co-host, ci ha accolto all'inizio della zona pedonale ci ha accompagnate alla casa. i 125 gradini si fanno senza alcun problema e la posizione della casa è in pieno centro storico. é bellissima, camere ampie, bagni nuovi, un'ampia zona giorno, due terrazze con vista sul mare, lettini e poltrone prendisole, magnifico giardino. Lei e il suo compagno sono stati super gentili e disponibili a risolvere un piccolo problema con la doccia e a consentirci di fare il check out oltre il regolare orario ritorneremo sicuramente

Vues magnifiques sur la baie de Porto Venere et sur le village Maison bien décorée et équipée Grand jardin magnifique et ombragé Très beau village ( attention : beaucoup de marches à monter !) Vous pouvez vous baigner en bas de la maison sur les rochers, ou à la plage publique à 1km

− Pas de volet au rdc donc réveils très tôt pour ceux qui dorment dans le canapé lit Ravitaillement : 1 petit supermarché dans le village en bas Difficultés de stationnement dans le village

The situation is amazing. To have such extensive outdoor space was a treat with beautiful views from all round. Inside was comfortable and the air con was very welcome after climbing the steps! There were a few little things that needed to be sorted out as we were the first in for the season and the hosts were responsive and so helpful.
