− Gazda a facut overbooking, nu a raspuns la telefon. Dupa un mesaj scris a sunat sa ne spuna ca nu au functionat sistemele si nu a scos de pe booking proprietatea, E un truc ca sa incaseze banii si serviciul sa nu fie oferit. Tipic excrocherie iitaliana. Serviciul clienti de la booking.com s-a dovedit total ineficient, desi am vorbit peste o ora si am dat 4 telefoane in plina noapte, am cheltuit peste 100 euro pe convorbiri, nu nu s-a oferit nimic in schimb, am ramas cu banii dati. Datorita avansului tehnologic putem lasa acest comentariu, nici pana azi nu ni s-au rambursat banii. Vom face plangere la autoritati.

7.0− The sheets and quilts were horrible, like going back to the low quality mixed fabrics made in China in the 70's with hairballs on them. Hope to improve, the children playing upstairs is too loud, the room is not soundproof, and the cars on the road are very loud.
