10.0家族5人で宿泊しましたが、清潔感のあるお部屋で必要な物も揃っており、のんびり過ごすことが出来ました。 トイレが1階、2階にそれぞれ設置されていたのもありがたかったです。 キッチンも使いやすく、広くて快適でした！
− 事前に直接やり取りして当日のチェックインのやり方を確認したかったのですが連絡が付かず、当日にメールが送られてくるのみだったので不安がありました。 チェックアウトの時もタブレットが熱を持ちすぎて充電されず、操作が出来なくて不便でした。

10.0fantastic house,lots of room for everyone,only stayed 1 night but wish it was more,easy check in,2 great bedrooms with a 3rd made up,parking in the garage was a little tight,near some great ramen restaurants

6.0The location was quiet and they had parking
− It was very downstairs, heating only worked upstairs. The washing machine didn’t work and we had to wring out and dry our clothes manually.
A convenient place to stay but poor communication made our trip difficult :(
5.0Clean and spacious.
− 1) The accommodation had completely forgotten our booking. We thought that there was a reception when we arrived at the requested check-in time. No one answered the door and we waited outside for half an hour before we could finally contact the accommodation with the help of passers-by. 2) We couldn't find any information about how to use the garage anywhere in the accommodation and needed to email the accommodation to get the information.
