9.0Ruim appartement, met heerlijk balkon. Leuke locatie. Wij warwn op doorreis en zijn alleen voor de overnachting gebleven en hebben helaas weinig tijd doorgebracht in zushi house maar hadden graag langer gebleven. Wasmachine, droger, grote keuken, fijne bank.

9.0駐車場付き、部屋が広い、海岸が近い、駅から徒歩圏内、飲食店へのアクセスも良くとてもゆっくりできました。
− 玄関入り口が2階で階段が少し狭めなのと、 外開きドアなので入る時に少し怖かったです。

8.0とにかく広い‼️ リビングのソファが最高でした♪スーパーも徒歩圏内で買い出しをしてきて夜はリビングでゆっくり自宅のような感じで過ごす時間が別荘感あって良かったです^_^
格安でワンコも一緒に泊まれて良かったです。
7.0二家族で宿泊しました。 スペースも広く取れて、気兼ねなく過ごすことが出来ました。
− 匂いが少し気になりました。 芳香剤なのか柔軟剤の匂いなのか、寝具等が化学物質過敏症のものには辛い匂いでした。
・細かな点で改善が必要であると思っていますが、総合的に見て施設の充実度は高いと思っています。
10.0・駐車場があること ・逗子海岸まで至近なこと ・リビングに洗濯機とは別に乾燥機があること（長期滞在にはありがたい） ・大型の冷蔵庫があること（長期滞在にはありがたい） ・ペット同伴ができること ・独立した寝室が三部屋あること などなど。
− ・まな板が傷んでいること（持参が必要） ・包丁の切れ味が悪いこと（持参が必要） ・ガスコンロの上の換気扇の電気がつかないこと ・炊飯器の性能が悪くて美味しいご飯が炊けないこと ・鍋やフライパンが古いこと ・長期滞在であってもキッチンペーパーやトイレットペーパー、ティッシュペーパーなどが最低限しかなくて買い足しが必要になること ・ゲスト宿泊がある場合の利用料金が割高であること（一人あたり１泊5,000円） ・チェックイン時刻が16時以降であること（15時以降が望ましい）
