We had a lovely stay only tarnished by the unusually cold weather and no heating.
6.0The location was excellent. Spacious, beautiful views and easy access to beach. Plenty of chairs, BBQ, blankets/pillows.
− Unfortunately this property does not have heating (required for colder months) or air conditioning (required for warmer months). This had a big impact on our stay as we were cold, especially in the evening/night. The owners however did provide plenty of blankets. We purchased some heaters during our stay.

10.0Directly at the sea with a nice sand beach and beautiful clear water, well equipped kitchen, own kayak to use, filtered tap water, nice view and nice rooms.
Wow!! What an amazing sea view as you enter the main area of the house, even better than expected!
10.0Amazing beachfront location. Having own gate access to the beach with outside shower. Stunning views over the beach from the balcony. The sea is literally just a few steps away, such easy access that during the extreme heat we came in and out of the sea many times whilst keeping cool. Very friendly helpful hosts, would definitely come again!
− Only having pavements some of the way to San Nicola Marina felt a little dangerous at times as it can be a fast busy road, but didn't spoil the holiday at all.
