1.0Reservation cancelled at 10:00 AM on the day of arrival. We received a notification via email from Booking.com, but there was zero direct communication from the host to explain the situation or offer assistance. Being cancelled on with such short notice left us stranded, and we had to find and book alternative accommodation ourselves at the last minute without any support or relocation help from the property. Very unreliable experience.

− Troppe formiche,bisognerebbe fare una disinfestazione il semplice veleno nn basta. L acqua calda c è stata solo il primo giorno . Il proprietario disponibile ma solo tramite messaggio. Mai visto.
