there are always room for improvements. learn from other guest house owners on how to give the best service for the cust
3.0there are still some good reason to stay there. but im not suggesting people to stay for more than a night.
− the facilities and stuff are not in good condition and really old. iron board are damaged. some of cushion chairs are damaged. we are okay with staying in a small size of house like this, but the facility is very minimal for the price, not worth what i paid for. too little amount of food. what are you afraid of for providing your guests with food? only provide with some sweetened beverages but still has to pay with the price labels on them. it just air kotak... luckily still some free instant coffee with seperated creamer and sweetener, though the quantity lesser than number of guests😂. saddest thing in the house is lack of utensils. only one pair of table spoon and fork, one teaspoon, several type of knife. luckily kettle is still working. otherwise we will have a problem with source of drinking water and only consume those air kotak with additional charges. poor plumbing. some of tap waters are very slow and what disappointing me most is leaking pipe below the sink. just hire a plumber. mesin basuh masih baru tapi bnyk kotor. then sabun basuh pun kena cari sendiri. the backyard are bad and sedikit kotor, bimbang jadi kawasan binatang tak diundang seperti ular. overall house walls are quite moldy on top near the ceiling. requires additional action from owner to work and think about how to solve it.

− Cuma sabun mandi x dr, kain buruk nk lap meja, tmpt gantung towel kt bilik air luar x dr dan tumbul pintu bilik last x function....yng lain semua ok. Recommended
