1.0Your explanation is completely unreasonable. We cleaned the house thoroughly and handed it over in proper condition. As paying customer, it is absolutely not our responsibility to wash towels or clean plates and cups before checkout.Once the customer check in ready consider its *Privacy* not the host to monitor us from CCTV and keep on text the customer.When the customer call,the host should answer the call,but she didn't.But keep on Text and complain.Already informed 10 adult and 4 children checked in.But she counted the motobike and text asking why got 5 bike infront house.We are booked Airbnb from Booking.com, but the host Kelly privately text asked for Extra money and Deposit. This has been my first and Worst experience booking your Airbnb, and it is extremely disappointing. Customers should not be treated this way or made to feel unfairly blamed. I will be sharing my honest and detailed feedback on Booking.com so that other customers are aware of this experience. All the text message attached for proof.
