Early January 2-night & 3-room stay. Not really recommendable
5.0The property is large.
− We booked three rooms (the house has seemingly 5, we don't know for sure, many doors were locked). For an early January stay, the house was very cold, and the joint use of a/c and water heating system would result in repeated power cuts. We had then issues with the hot water, as half house didn't have any for half of our stay. The picture of the garden is deceiving: there is no garden and there is barely space to park (and no indication as to where to do it exactly, as there are other cars left in the private area next to the house). Quite annoyingly, the host showed up unannounced the first morning at 9 am, to check that we were not using more beds than those indicated in the reservation (clearly, we were not). The place is a good 15-20 minutes drive from Kamakura.

− 食器やキッチン類が少なすぎる。 箸もなかった。 0から２歳の子供に敷布団を借りようとしたら ベットをつけて、寝かせてと言われ、驚いた。敷布団別料金発生も驚きました。 寒い冬の時期、追加の布団もなく、それも驚きました。 窓開けても、ロケーションは全くよくないです。 管理人の敷地なのか、常に見張られてる感があり、居心地がよくなかったです。
