6.0古民家であること。 夏でも涼しいこと。 温泉がそばにあること。
− 炊事場や台所が建物内になく、バーベキュー場は別料金を請求される。バーベキュー道具を持参しても、バーベキュー場でしか利用できず、使用料を請求される。風呂場にシャワーがない。大屋が同じ建物内に住んでいて、突然現れる。朝、ニワトリが早い時間から鳴き続ける。室内に強い防虫剤（樟脳）が充満している。トイレの電気は自動で点灯するが、用が終わらないうちに消える。広い庭があるのに、焚き火を認めてくれない。
