8.0Sehr ruhig, gut ausgestattet, viele Spielsachen für Kinder, Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen
− Steile Treppen, Badezimmer dunkel und ohne Fenster (bei höheren Temperaturen ist die Feuchtigkeit kaum aus dem Badezimmer zu bekommen) , bei Ankunft entstand der Eindruck, dass sich die Reinigungskraft auf dem Sofa ausgeruht hatte und ausser dem Wechsel der Bettwäsche nichts passiert war, Wasser im Waschbecken des Badezimmers läuft nur sehr langsam ab, dieser Umstand sei angeblich nicht zu änden
