10.0We hebben een week in dit huis gezeten met een gezin van 6 en het is ons uitstekend bevallen. Het uitzicht is geweldig, op loopafstand is er een kiezelstrand en gezellige restaurants. De beheerders zijn ontzettend vriendelijk.

8.0Das Haus - ist ordentlich gefließt - hat einen kleinen Garten mit (Feigen-)bäumen, an denen man sich bedienen darf - Die Küchenausstattung ist OK - Es gibt zwei Stockwerke (unsere Kinder nahmen das Obergeschoss (= ein Raum,Dachboden) ein und freuten sich über ihr eigenes Reich - der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Kotor ist vom Balkon sehr schön - Es gibt eine Klimaanlage in zwei Räumen - Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand laufen (steiler aber hübscher Weg)- der Strand von Morinj ist unserer Meinung nach der schönste und beste in der Bucht. - Netter und hilfreicher Kontakt mit der Dame, die sich ums Haus kümmert: hat uns alles erklärt und auch später auf Fragen direkt reagiert.
− - die letzten 600m Fahrt zum Haus sowie die Parksituation sind sehr herausfordernd (eng und steil), besonders für große Fahrzeuge nur bedingt zu empfehlen! - im Bad lässt sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, sodaas es dort stickig und leicht schimmelig ist; wir haben außerdem Toilettenpapier und Seife selbst gekauft, da nicht vorhanden - nachts war es teilweise laut (Stundenlanges Hundebellen und Musik durch Nachbarn)
Fijne huis en uitvalbasis
8.0Mooi huis op een mooie locatie. Vlakbij een supermarkt en een mooi strand met leuke strandbar. Vanaf het balkon prachtig uitzicht over de baai. In de tuin vaak gebruik gemaakt van de bbq.
− De route er naar toe is vrij krap allemaal. En je moet in Montenegro toeristenbelasting betalen binnen 24 uur. Dit kan in Risan.
