− The facilities need upgrading. Parking is very steep and should note what type of vehicle can only climb up and down. My xtrail can do it but the odyssey cannot without scrathing the bottom of the bumper. The carpet is itchy. Not really good for group with older people.
The above was disappointing and there was no clothes rack! No book of instructions Re rubbish.

− Your add sad 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. That infers 3 toilets. There were only 2. One in en-suite and one separate upstairs. You also said full laundry ammenities. You also stated in another add in chatels there was a dryer. No dryer
