Good stay.
8.0The location and the amount of space inside. Loved the setup of the place and how some amenities were already provided like tea, coffee etc. There was guest information that was easy to follow and we settled in in no time!
− If there was one thing we could mention was to possibly have a portable heater for one of the rooms. As it was winter, it was quite cold that night. In saying that, if we had stayed in summer, this wouldn't have been a problem I'd say!

− Stained bed and carpets . Place smelt moldy. Carpets not vacuumed, not hygienic. Do not recommend. Shit stay shit service, ripped off
We came to Tauranga to visit my brother in the hospital. Getting into this amazing place is the best

− A bit of foot traffic from top house. Left our Raptor parked on the road. Grass park more suitable for smaller vehicle.

6.0− Accommodation notes space for 4 adults (two beds + a bunk bed) On arrival there was no bunk beds and therefore my team had to sleep on the couch. Host offered no apologies or solutions to the issue
