Convenient, not the most comfortable place
6.0Friendly and helpful host. The location is quite remote but for us very convenient. I can imagine going from here to Beverwijk, the beach, Alkmaar, Haarlem, Zaandam and Amsterdam. All easy to reach. There is a small petting zoo. I would avoid staying in the large caravan. Assuming the other chalets are much better.
− The bedroom was too small. The bed was enclosed by walls and a cabinet up to 90%, so diffecult to enter. There was a larger room but the bed wasn't made. The bed was of poor quality with very little support. When it rains, and it did, there is too much noise of the rain hitting the roof. I would focus on the other chalets and put this one away. The breakfast for 20 EURO wasn't worth it.
