10.0The home was clean, comfortable and well presented, with plenty of space for our stay. It was in a great location for exploring Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands. Check-in was easy, communication with the host was excellent, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay

10.0We thoroughly enjoyed our 8-night stay from 10–18 June. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well equipped. Having the entire holiday home to ourselves provided a comfortable and relaxing experience. The three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and electric/gas fireplace made it feel like a home away from home. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently situated for exploring Northland. The host was also outstanding - always responding promptly to messages. When we experienced an issue with the television, they came over immediately to investigate and replaced the TV on the spot, ensuring the problem was resolved straight away. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest comfort were greatly appreciated. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

9.0Lovely stay ,great comfortable beds,the fire place was easy to use looked great and soon warmed the whole accommodation . Relaxing lounge area, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more.
− No rubbish bin in the bathroom, Separate Toilet would have been good with 5 of us all wanting showers and Toilet at a similar time ,
