8.0Tolles Ferienhaus in der Nähe des Abel Tasman Nationalparks. Wahnsinns Ausblick, Strand fußläufig erreichbar, Parkplatz vor der Tür.
− Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich schwierig, da wir zunächst am falschen Schlüsseltresor den Code eingegeben hatten. Es gibt mehrere Schlüsseltresore am Haus, Achtung! Die Vermietungsfirma war zunächst weder per Mail noch telefonisch erreichbar und wir schon auf dem Weg zurück in den nächsten Ort, um uns eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu suchen. Dann kam doch noch eine Mail. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist eigentlich eine Frechheit: kaputte, durchgesessene Sofas, uralte Matratzen, schmutziges Geschirr in der Küche. Schade, denn eigentlich ist das Haus ein Traum!

Beautiful home, shabby furniture, no WIFI.

− No WIFI! Hugely problematic for international travelers. Although the home is beautiful, the furniture (and dingy blankets covering them) feel like an after thought. The home deserves to be furnished with more thought. Also, how about a microwave?
