− There was obvious unwashed blood on pillow cases and sheets could not have been changed since the last guest.
Great location, great communciation, perfect family home and super, super warm.
9.0House was AMAZINGLY warm for mid winter
− We are OCD Vacuum people and the one in the house was lack lustre :)

8.0Modern and very clean. Would be perfect if there was a charging plug USB B and C.
− Issue with a sink tap leaking but immediately dealt with by the staff and contact information. Only Issue was not having electric blanket on the beds. Critical for elderly guests when temperature is very cold mid winter. Warm the bed only . Not for sleeping on.
