10.0Lovely big home which suited our needs, hosts were also very nice and welcoming. The upstairs area is great for entertaining with open living spaces and a large outdoor deck. It was lovely to walk straight out the door and cross the road for a swim. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, and it's only a short walk to the main town's strip We very muched enjoyed our stay

9.0Love the location easy access to the wedding venue. Louise and Chester were friendly and welcoming. That decking was perfect for family meals. The views and sea scape was exceptional. The restaurant was very accommodating and the food was delicious ♥️ The staff were excellent and friendly. Thank you for our introduction to Paihia and all the way up to the Cape. I got to see with my own eyes the spiritual leaping off tree and the pohutakawa tree. The lighthouse I got to see in real time etc etc etc amazing it was😎
− We didn’t feel the love with the early morning staff on Sunday morning. I didn’t know how to operate the stove elements lol had to use the microwave to cook our scrambled eggs
