7.0The property itself. Very spacious, personal residence type villa. Location is easy to find, secured subdivision area. They provide kitchen utensils for cooking and dining, basic food supplies are available for sale. Satisfactory for overnight stay,
− There are multiple baths but bit old toilet fixings, shower does not function, toilet, commode and flash need proper maintenance and tap water drops very slow. Not very clean, beds are normal 2star type, No amenities, no toiletries, no towels provided, towel rent for 50 peso each though.

− Very steep dead end street leading to the property. Not in the description and no picture. Access to the 4th bedroom is outside. Lower your expectations if you are used to nicer amenities.

8.0Ate Gina was very helpful and accommodating. The property was very spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and prepare our food. They also have a small store that had the basics so we didn't need to go out to buy essentials. The property was a short drive to the city proper.

− Some of the included amenities did not work - TV, on and off wifi, karaoke not functional.
All in all our stay was very comfortable, especially for senior citizens.
7.0Many rooms, cool aircon, hot water but water is not strong. Amenities are complete. But some lights are not functioning. House is clean even if it quite old.
− Parking is very steep.
Experience is better than you paid for.
10.0Experience is super ultra mega satisfying. Cleanliness is off the chart. Staff is super accommodating and the owner.
− Wifi is fast and reliable apparently, it did not cover all rooms, maybe some wifi extender will fix the issue.
