10.0What did we like......Everything!!!!!!!! The decor was very beachy, excellent colour scheme through out ,nice wall fittings, excellent backyard with table and chairs all day sun, till sun went down. Kitchen had everything, bed very comfy, good storage and what a very well appointed lounge opening on to small front patio. A big bonus was a laundry and property very clean and tidy. Very quiet location and good parking. Nice touch when we arrived, radio was on, great local station. Beach Folly is a 100metre walk to top cafe , main shopping street 4 minute walk and water front bars and cafes and marina 8 minute walk. If looking for a nice cottage to stay in, you can't go past the "Folly". When back in Whitianga, no question were we will be staying********

Excellent little cottage right in the heart of Whitianga
9.0The cottage is right in town near the marina, supermarket and restaurants. it is a pretty little gem nestled between some rather odd neighbours (basically there are none) but that just ensures the privacy. Comfortably furnished, well equipped kitchen and many thoughtful extras are provided. Clean and well organised.
− We'd be delighted if there was a new mattress when we come back. The current one is "OK" only.
