− Only walking beach access was along a steep windy road with minimal footpath. Do able but slightly dangerous, particularly at night.

− It is worth noting that the property is located up a steep, narrow road from Kaiteriteri township that is not particularly favorable for walking, especially at night.

− The house smelled musty. The kitchen and downstairs were really outdated. Not much investment into the property. The kitchen cupboard were sticky and the floor was lino. The washing machine did not clean very well.
