8.0저녁에 별을 보기에 이만한 곳이 없다는 점이었음. 테카포 호수에서도 제법 떨어져 있다보니 저녁에는 정말 어두워서 테카포에 있는 여행객들이 저녁에 별을 보기 위해 많이 모여들만큼 한적한 곳이었음. 방은 깨끗하고, 조리 도구는 잘 갖추어져 있음.
− 옆 집이랑 너무 가까워서 커튼을 열 수 없었음. 그리고, 임대를 하기 위해 지어놓은 집들이 주변에 너무 많아서 조립형 집으로 느껴졌음. 조리도구는 많으나 인덕션의 화력이 떨어져서 음식을 하는데 너무 많은 시간이 걸렸음. 처음 난방을 하는데 시간이 걸려서 방마다 히터를 켜야 했고, 저녁에는 온도 조절은 가능했으나 덥거나 추운 것이 반복되었음. 샤워 이후에 차가운 물이 나오는 경우가 있어서 씻기가 불편하였음.
