− La administración. Es una estafadora. Te ofertan un precio al momento de la reserva, pero como el pago es directo con ellos y no por booking te condicionan a poder usar las instalaciones sólo si le pagas lo que quieren (más del doble del monto de la reserva). Además, hicieron esperar un tiempo demasiado largo luego de pagarles el monto que pedían, dado que ya estaba ahí con mis niños e iba de un lugar lejano. Le indiqué que presentaría mi queja y me dijo que booking no recibe reclamos, así de conchuda y sin vergüenza.
