I won’t recommend and will not come back to this resort.

− Owner not accommodating. Had an issue about my confirmed number of guests. Owner won’t talk to me to resolve the problem. A lot of flies roaming around, very uncomfortable eating avoiding those flies. Even in the bathroom where we were I found flies and won’t go away. There is only one staff assisting 30 adults and 9 kids guests I have, her name is Jazmine. She’s very helpful, She’s the only person that attends to our needs. Imagine there is only 1 staff that assisted us when we arrived to get into the resort, then disappeared. The next person that assisted us until our checked out is Jazmine. It’s very very disappointing.
Aside from the excellent place, the host, Wine, and his staffs are very kind, helpful and welcoming!

− The aircon units need to be calibrated. They're not functioning so well. The internet was not strong enough especially when there are multiple users.
I will come back again given the chance.

− the pool must have a heat system, it’s not conducive to swim on rainy days and colder weather. the breakfast need to improve the chummy pancit is very dry.

10.0" Great pace! They have a beautiful swimming pool and a fountain. The garden is amazing and the staff are very friendly. There's also a Karaoke machine! The room was so clean and the atmosphere was electrifying. The owners let us checked in an hour early. Thank you so much. I highly recommend staying at this house.
